How many times in a day, you ask
yourself that you are not looking good? How many times you feel that you are
not equal to other people in the world? How many times you inner voice says you
are not good at anything? If you really do these things then you are doing negative self talk on daily bases.
You may notice that there are so
many people who never focused on their weakness; they always do whatever they
like. Instead of focusing on their weakness or regretting for their weakness
they always go for their strength. This is the best way to convert your
negative self talk to positive. Just focus on your strength and start working
on that.
Second you should ask yourself
what is wrong with you. Why are you not going for the positive thing in your
life? If you will ask yourself some question regarding your daily routine you
will definitely find the solution for your problems. This is called the self
inspection.
Having self inspection is a very
important thing as this gives you the level at which you are currently present.
How much you need to improve yourself and what are the things you need to
change in yourself all the things you got from the self inspection.
Stop focusing on, what other
people are saying about you because they know only what you have shown to them
from your outside, they are still unaware what you are from inside. Just focus
on what you know about yourself. You are the only person who knows yourself
better than anyone else in the universe.
Elbert Einstein was a rebel for
others as his dressing was different from others but in reality he was a great
