There are so many people who have
complaints that they do not get the positive thoughts while they are having
self talk. The first thing is that if you are talking to yourself is the self
talk and if you are talking to yourself something about good then this is the positive self talk. If you are not
getting the positive thoughts during yourself talk then here are some exercises
which you should do on daily basis to get positive thoughts in your mind which
are given below as:
Feed your mind:
The first thing
you need to do is feed your mind with the right information not with the wrong or
half. To feed your mind you need to read books and watch good TV shows. These
things will fill your mind with positive ideas and you will find your mind is
having some good ideas and thoughts.
Positive environment:
The Second
thing, which you must do is left the negative people as well as the negative
self talk. These two things keep you always negative. Join the people or the
person who mostly talk about something positive.
Reframe Thinking:
Just joining to
the positive people is not only the solution you should talk to them you should
follow them and reframe your thinking by comparing your thinking with those new
people.
Inspect yourself:
Do inspection
of yourself, because this is the exam which you have to pass because when you
will join new positive people you will find some new things to learn but if you
are not learning anything from those people then it is better to leave them and
find someone else because if you are not learning anything positive then you
should leave them.
