Self-talk is talking with the inner self. We spend so much time telling ourselves that we’re not good or smart enough than others. We think that the things we want to have or experience will never happen. Even if they do, they will be inadequate.

If we suppose something is possible, we’re more likely to make try to attain it. If we think that it is impossible, we won’t even bother trying.

Blood pressure, heart rate, breath rate, sweating on hands etc are some of the examples of physical problems caused by negative self-talk.
The more you stay negative more you tend to stay depressed and unhappy with your life.
But when you experience positive thoughts, you tend to be happier, relax and confident. It helps you to stay stress-free and motivated towards your goal.

How to Stop Negative Self-Talk

When you’re having positive thoughts you stay happy and confident. While negative thoughts can make you feel bad. It’s normal to have negative thoughts. But once you realize that negative thoughts are going on in your mind tan try to focus on positive thoughts to rather than drowning in them. Ultimately, you’ll be able to get on your track.
