When our brain is filled with positive thoughts then there is no place for negative thoughts. It means we live a life which has a little number of negative thoughts. There is no way to stop the negative thinking, as it is a part of life, so we should not run from this but we can use it as our motivation by self-talk.

It is natural that you will get negative as well as positive thoughts, depends upon yourself talk you can release your negative thoughts and can keep positive thoughts. When a pregnant lady reaches in the 9th month she gets more negative thoughts as compare to positive to release these negative thoughts from the brain is necessary.
