As our bodies need sleep to relax and rejuvenate.

Know this that you are your best advocate. Prepare yourself by learning what you can about the infertility process, track what is going on with your body, speak up and ask questions of doctors. They are the specialists but that does not mean that they have all the solutions or know the best course of action for everyone. Let your doctor know all the problems you suffer.
