Choose to create positive self-talk
Self-talk is not always positive, it can be negative also. So whenever you realize that your thoughts are not in your control or bringing negativity in your life, you should make a decision to stop these thoughts. Feed your mind
Focus your attention on positive and encouraging words you say to yourself. Choose to focus on good things. Find ways to remind you to stop analyzing any negative self-talk. As you do this, it will become easier with time. Finally, you will reach a point where you do this without realizing it.
Practice determination
It is not easy to change your thoughts especially the negative ones. So you have to be patient while dealing with them. It is a process that will require your effort. You just have to be practice so that you can get over with it.
Observe your self-talk
When you feel that your thoughts are not positive and encouraging try to make them. Observe yourself talk about whether it is positive or negative. By observing your thoughts and self-talk, you are able to assess where the positive thinking pattern is lacking off.
Replace Negative Self-talk with Other Messages
