Self-Talk is an act or practice in which a person talks to himself. This talk can either be silent or loud. It is the positive voice that reminds people that things will get better with time. Why do I believe these thoughts?
What evidences do I have for this belief?
What other explanations are there for this thought?

These questions can do something that will distract you from negative thoughts and feelings.
This is not an easy process, but even making a small dent in our internal negativity can have a hugely positive impact on the quality of your life and the effort it takes to maintain a healthy emotional balance.
